Our returns policy
As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within thirty days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. Further to this, in line with Dermalogica’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, should you be unhappy with your choice of product, we at Logicalskincare will accept a return of a product. Furthermore, should you find that you have ordered an incorrect product or wish to change your mind you will receive a full refund (excluding P & P). Postage costs will only be met by Logicalskincare in the event of the receipt of a faulty or incorrect package.
NB. If you have benefited from free delivery Logicalskincare reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you unless the fault lies with us.
We recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss in the post.
To receive your refund please strictly follow the instructions below:
- Email us at email@example.com and advise us of your intention to return your product(s) and the reasons why you wish to return the product(s).
- Please wait for a reply from us before you send us your product(s).
- Once you have heard from us, please send your returned goods and a print out of the email we sent to you, along with your original receipt and send your product(s) to the following address:
